Everything worked fine from late July until about two weeks later, when it suddenly crashed and went blank. I tried closing and reopening the app, as well as restarting my phone several times, but nothing helped throughout the day. The previous app, ESS, had no issues and worked well. I'm very disappointed that this app has been problematic since then, and I've noticed that others have experienced similar issues. From 5 stars to 3 stars...

App worked fine until the last month or so. Now I can't sign in or change my password to attempt signing in. Its incredibly frustrating as this has been my main way of checking my hours and checking my pay stubs for housing applications. The system isn't even working at my job because it won't tell you if you're clocked in or not. You just have to hope you're in and leave a note.

For an app I have to use to clock in an out of not only my shift, but my lunches as well, be this bad is astounding. Not only does the app routinely crash and not load properly, the geo locator doesn't work well either! I can be in my place of employment and it won't let me clock in and out because it doesn't work right. Abysmal.
