Ratings and reviews

This app is such PAIN to use. The GUI is so flat and tasteless that you simply cannot navigate there - everything looks the same, no graphical support for easy access to most common actions. Credit Card expired? No hint where to update it, need to buy a ticket? always choose through ALL options possible; no GPS? Good luck activating the ticket. Need to select from 2? The difference is in the smallest font. Colour for anything? Noo, let's keep it black-beige-blue. Text and black generic icons.

This app is so wrong. Works only on-line so often you just can't validate the ticket you bought. Interface is so flat, boring, and text only based that several times I validated the ticket twice by accident. Also if I buy tickets from one city why do I always have to go through all possible cities, ticket systems and possible variants? The app is not learning my habits at all! I travel from the same stations, but need different tickets on the way. It should give me right tickets at that places!

Great way to either renew your bus pass or buy tickets.
