Ratings and reviews

This app is so wrong. Works only on-line so often you just can't validate the ticket you bought. Interface is so flat, boring, and text only based that several times I validated the ticket twice by accident. Also if I buy tickets from one city why do I always have to go through all possible cities, ticket systems and possible variants? The app is not learning my habits at all! I travel from the same stations, but need different tickets on the way. It should give me right tickets at that places!

Everything seems to be fine. Unfortunately, I can't renew my travel pass through this app. I think my rating is temporary and depends entirely on this functionality. Waiting for an update :)

too slow to buy a ticket. Sometimes almost miss a bus until I could by my ticket. And wished my already bought Mehrfahrtenkarte would show up, when I like to buy a ticket for certain connection. Instead, I need to switch to the ticket tab and choose the right ticket from there
