Salt really needs to improve its app! Be careful when paying bills through it. The amount shown may differ from your actual bill, and even after paying by QR code, it can still appear unpaid, risking double payment. Customers should be able to view actual bills, payment history and current balances in the app. Compared with Swisscom, Salt is dragging behind. Salt, please modernise your app and catch up!

I have a mobile Salt subscription. When I try to add it to the MySalt app, it always says "an error occurred, please try again later", no matter what method I use to add the subscription. I've been trying for about a month now. In my experience, the app doesn't work and is useless.

the assistance is AI only and doesnt help you at all, Im also being billed even though I payed my bill. I have the bank slip to prove it but I cant call cause salt has restricted my account for the "unpaid" bill. I will switch back to swisscom thanks for nothing salt
