After changing cellphones to a Pixel 6, I don't seem to be able to login anymore. Every time I try to log-in I get an error message saying "A technical error has occurred. Please try again later". I know my password is fine because I'm able to log-in in their webpage, and in their webpage they're not providing any way of contacting them digitally (just phones) -- which is annoying.

App suddenly denied access to aleady set up account. Neither fingerprint, password nor password reset worked. Then I used it for applying for a new credit card and it just didn't and didn't send the verification code to my mobile at the very end of the credit card application process. Please, if your systems don't work and can't even make sure an SMS gets sent, please make sure that happens at the beginning and not at the end when everything has already been entered.

Issues taking a photo of my passport. Issues taking a selfie. Impossible to set a password. I had issues with Migros cumulus credit card as well as zak bank cler
