necesito realizar transferencia de dinero y solicitar clave dinámica pero la App no da clave dinámica

Desde la última actualización, no puedo acceder a mi cuenta. Me sale un error de "no estás conectado a internet". A pesar de intentar con datos y wifi..... Ahora no puedo acceder a mi dinero. Edit: Ya tengo acceso y que bueno que implementaron el ingreso con biométricos desde la misma app y no con el navegador. Cambio mi calificación a 5 estrellas.
