Every now and then I loose connection with one (the same each time) shade. When I try to reconnect it, I need to spend HOURS because it's hard to find it. EDIT After some technical issues, now I'm also having mechanical issues. One of my Brunt (the one that did not have connection issues) stopped working at all, even with the manual buttons. it seems that it's the gear that brake! bad material as well...

For our products, since the device was connected once, our network connection has never been unstable. After considering your situation, we found that if your router has too many connections, the last connected device may be unstable. We recommend you test your connection on a router that has fewer connections.

It's been several years and there still is no Google Assistant support despite this still being advertised for the Airjet S. They also advertise Smartthings support but the Plug is not supported (maybe the Brunt Plug that's managed through the Hej Home app has works but there's no way to connect the older model Plug to the Hej Home app). Finally, addresses for the Airjet S never worked properly while the app was set to English. Locations would not save even though they show properly on the map.
