Documented is a private co-parenting diary that seals each entry the moment you write it, so what you logged in March still reads the same in September.
WRITE IT ONCE, AND IT STAYS WRITTEN
Log a handover, a missed call, a doctor's visit, an argument. Add photos, video, a receipt, a voice note, or import a text conversation straight from a screenshot. The moment you save, the entry is hashed and locked into a chain with everything before it. Nothing is overwritten. If you need to correct something, the correction is added as a new version and both stay in the custody record.
INDEPENDENT PROOF OF WHEN
Every entry is timestamped by DigiCert, a public timestamping authority, under the same RFC 3161 standard used for signed software. That is proof of time from somebody other than you and other than us. Only a hash of the entry ever leaves your phone. The words, the photos and the audio never do.

Entries live in your phone's private storage. There is no account to create and nothing to sign into. If you never turn on attorney sharing, nothing you write is ever uploaded anywhere.
