They collected my money and blocked my account. I haven't seen any app like this before in my life. They said I should contact them through their email so that they can reactivate my account. I did but they are not responding at all. I message them two days ago till now, there's no word from them.

This is one of the most useless app I have ever registered with, I mean what kind of app that I can't add my bank details, I can't fund my wallet and I can't verify my bvn, I have downloaded this app ten times and still the same issues, the company needs to work on their server
