this app runs like a scam. any button you press really doesn't go anywhere. there are chat doesn't work they're FAQs is a 404 message. the product itself when scanning it doesn't seem to do anything like it doesn't go to the app or the app doesn't receive it a size of a very big bulky toothbrush that says it's AI powered but it's not says it would do all these things and provide insights they don't. and yes I have already emailed customer support

I keep getting emails from this company about app updates just for there to not be an update for me to download. it's annoying to receive said emails when it appears only the Apple version of this app is receiving the updates.

Nothing works right. Sign in is broken, and if you do manage to get in the scan functions etc dont actually do anything. What is the point
