Ratings and reviews

Trainers are good, but the software is trash... the exercise substitution feature is total junk, it'll suggest a walk or corpse pose in place of a bench press... like really? It's not even close, does it just randomly suggest something? I can get better suggestions from an eight ball. So if I need to substitute exercises I just end up turning off the app then my trainer doesn't get any data. But I list the available equipment and he keeps putting workouts that I don't available equipment for.

Experience is highly dependent on coach, since coach controls the exercise plans (end user don't get access to the full exercise library). I have an amazing coach who is responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable (5/5 recommend). The personalized plans were thoughtful and she checked in regularly to keep me motivated. There are a lot of different exercises too. The subscription cost is high compared to some other exercise programs, but FUTURE can provide a premium experience (coach dependent).

I really enjoy this service, but the app could use a serious functionality upgrade. There's no reason I shouldn't be able to view my recent history while in a workout, if I want to refer back to last week's weight, reps, etc. The ability to slot in an extra set, e.g. when progressing in strength training, would also be a big help in getting my trainer accurate information. And that artificial instructor voice is *so* grating that I had to shut it off.
