This app is pretty good for my schools sports game tickets! The reason for my two star rating is that that app never opens. It crashes as soon as the app opens, and then when I try again, it does the same. I have contacted the developer, and nothing has helped. they just give me the advice of delete/reinstall and stuff like that. It still doesn't work. The reason this is rated 2 stars instead of 1 is because I can buy my tix on the website and then open them in the app through my email. - Keith

Not user friendly for those that do not use technology daily. Fans are forced to buy tickets through app. Could not find confirmation in email of ticket purchase. Contacted GoFan Support for assistance online, provided required info requested only to receive promotional info for GoFan. Once an account is established, there should be an easier way to retrieve tickets through an account. Very frustrating.

This app is doing absolutely too much for school games, they should've kept it at paying at the gate because the tickets are too pricey and the price doesn't include anything you may buy while at the game. And they make it so hard for workers to accept the ticket. You can't screenshot and show them when the ticket disappears because they won't accept it, wasted money
