Update: GoFan only allows a 24 hour response time when they "reach out" for escalated issues. Better not have a life, if you expect service from them. They are STILL refusing to refund double charges. They do NOT have phone support and their entire customer service dept can only be reached by one group email. I stand by my previous edits that this company is deceptice and FRAUDELENT as hell. If you don't have to use them, steer clear.

The necessary steps to use a pass are not clear and not intuitive. Choosing to use a pass should be directly accessible rather than having to select "Tickets".

Unsure as to why his app is not working for me. Google 8 pro phone but unable to view tickets and interface is jumbled.
