If you are a registered user of Member Service Area of Al Meezan’s web portal, or you were previously using the “Al Meezan Connect” application, you can login to your investment account using the same credentials. Very poor app experience. Tried logging in, but the app keeps redirecting back to the home screen automatically. After creating a new account, I received a password setup link from the bank, but the website doesn’t open at all. Even the "Forgot Password" option crashes the app after entering the required info. Extremely frustrating. Please fix these issues urgently.

I myself, suffering the issue in setting a password, by setting the exact password, again in the next step the app gives me "you need to set your password again". I tried multiple times and since 15th of July till this time I complained many times but the issue is still unresolved.

Almeezan team has to do serious updates on their application. I mean your companies is the largest amc but the application is just basic. No historical data of the invester, no future statistics, nothing onling offering basic features. Yet earnings of the company is skyrocketing. Integrate more features, this is the era of AI. People are paying you or investing you yet services are just basic. Hope it will reach to your higher management. Thanks
