I have rented a car twice to move some boxes to a storage facility, the car size is ideal. Everything went smoothly and the app and car interaction are always working. The only time I had a technical issue was when first using the app and registering, but a phone call to customer service solved it quickly. Customer service (phone and chat) respond quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with this service since I don't have a car, and there is a couple cars close to my apartment.

Couldn't check location availability in an easy way before getting an account (not on web page, in app, etc.). Then to remove account after discovering it's useless in my area, I have to call them to get it deleted. Not the level of ease and simplicity I expected.

We are continuously working on approving the app for our users and we have understood the need to check our availability before creating an account so we developed this in our app. I'm glad you got help to delete your account from our Customer Care! First of all, when I search for a car with any parameters I get a popup saying "Something went wrong". I've tried different times and cars, and the same happens always. This makes the app unusable. The other issue is that the app was designed to be pretty rather than usable. For example, the only way to search is to set specific times and hope for the best. I would like to be able see the availability at a station, and pick a time that way. Location is sometimes more important than exact time.

What's new

We’re all about helping people get where they are going in the smoothes way possible. To do that, we’ve had the option of adding favorite addresses, your sweet spots, if you will, to Places in the app. Now we’ve made it easier to find places when you make a new reservation.
We’ve also eradicated an erroneous error message some of you got when parking the car, telling you the car was parked with the engine on and in the wrong gear.
