The tab navigation is not good. Stick to the native Android menu and don't use some iOS rip-off
Since moving to using Google maps you can no longer select an arbitrary point on the map as a destination and send to car. Instead the map jumps to the nearest location "known" to Google. This has made one of the best uses of the app unuseable. Please fix this!
After installing the latest version, everything is great.
Doors are unlocked function has quit working. Remote start works. . . sometimes. I just sent Volvo $250 to extend this service and it isn't worth a plugged nickel. I agree with all the others who say Volvo needs much better software engineers. Several months later and I still continue to get a "Cannot start your Volvo" message. But. . . Who cares? Apparently not Volvo.
With the switch to Google maps it is no longer possible to use map to navigate to an arbitrary location. If you for instance long press a public dirt road in a larger forrest the navigation marker drops several km off and snaps to some other location. Same thing in towns where it snaps to closest known address and not the point I selected. This renders navigation quite unuseful.
Would be useful to have additional sensors such as tyre pressure, oil level, battery voltage, key fob usage and battery condition. These messages and sensors are available on the car dashboard, so why not in the app?
