I have 2 power accounts and while I could previously select either property now it simply will not open the second one. Very frustrating and very poor customer service. When I was on Mercury Energy they did a much better job. So, I may have to consider changing back. The other issue I have, as I am a low user of Internet I don't require a lot of data. I have looked at Contact Broadband, however they don't offer anything but unlimited. I get great service from Spark with 130GB for $60 month.

updates! please note that the updates mean you need more space on your phone to update to track usage in which is a very helpful tool for those who are on tight budgets which directly impacts those people who can't afford phone upgrades to allow for more space for your updates.

When it works, it's great, easy to navigate or pay a bill. The problem is that the majority of the time, it fails launch, freezes/hangs and is unusable. Have given this app many chances and check back every now and then. Until it works more than 1 of 20 times, it's un-installed. Cant recommend, just rely on my email and direct payment.
