this app so many bugs and glitches, it won't let me even log into my account to order. this is a bogus website

My experience with this brand is awful,mistakenly purchase more than I wanted and the scent of the product was making me nausea,so I try returning some of the product as I couldn't use it,received a return label through their chat but unfortunately I couldn't open it,Sent another message and was ask to confirm my email which I did but never received an email from them,neither did I heard from them through their app as that the only mean of communication,wish there is a zero star bottom.

Lighten up lotion ,cream are easy on the skin and the exfoliating liquid soap removes all buildup on the body but I rate 4 cause first,they didn't list the ingredients that extremely lighten me not even 3 weeks long, second their pump, both that I recieved, too defective.
