Ratings and reviews

I don't recommend using this app. There are too many bugs. You may buy tickets and have the amount deducted, but the tickets never appear in the app. I also contacted customer support, but unfortunately they were not helpful in resolving the issue.

A total waste of time and effort. Don't download it because it's not working! Yes, I work in tech as a PM, and yes, I know how to use a phone. No, you don't know how to build an app. No, you cannot push for the download of your app like it's the end of the world to then log in and create a profile to get logged out every 5 seconds, and Where's the ticket in the app! CAN'T FIND THE TICKET IN THE APP. Also, your log in with Google doesn't work too. Get a real job

Terrible admin fees for small tickets. Sometimes you can't buy multiple elements of an event together and pay admin fees individually. Resell service gives you false hope as even sold out events don't show that there are resell tickets. And if you would resell the ticket they would charge you an admin fee again and not give back the inital one.
