the 1.5% cash back is a scam. you never get the full cashback. the customer care email is dysfunctional. when you send a mail, they say to message via the in-app messaging. when we send a message via the app, the reply is : "We are closing this ticket since no response has been received. I had a poor experience with the Tide Business application. The app promotes an expenses card and cashback offers, but after completing a transaction, the money was deducted successfully while the amount was not credited to my wallet. The transaction status showed as completed, yet the funds were missing. Additionally, the cashback promises advertised were not received. Customer support was also unhelpful in resolving the issue. This raises concerns about the reliability of the platform. user

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using this app. I have been facing several issues, including my expense card being repeatedly rejected and no available options to receive payments. Additionally, the customer care service has not been helpful in resolving my concerns. I have also tried to delete my account, but that option does not seem to be working. I kindly request you to look into these issues at the earliest and provide a proper resolution. Thank you for your attention.
