the 1.5% cash back is a scam. you never get the full cashback. the customer care email is dysfunctional. when you send a mail, they say to message via the in-app messaging. when we send a message via the app, the reply is : "We are closing this ticket since no response has been received. If you encounter any additional issues, don't hesitate to contact us by initiating a new interaction. Have a great day ahead and take care. Regards, Team Tide"

worst... features not good.. not having feature for trasfer money to another account.. not have feature to add on another app like gpay, paytm etc.. tide plateform charges is high.. here subscription active from first day of month whether you purchase it on 1, 5, 15 or 23 anyday.. they reset it on first day of month....
