Please note: Circuit Go relies on your phone having an internet connection. As long as you're online in the laundry room, you can activate our machines and see how long’s left on your cycle.

Your Circuit Go app account works separately to the terminal you might see on the wall in your launderette. Rather just tap and go? Pay contactlessly through the terminal.

By downloading the Circuit Go app, you agree to the following terms:
You accept that you have a non-exclusive licence to use the app. You agree not to copy the app or infringe our intellectual property rights in the app.

There’s no minimum amount of top-up credit. Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. Circuit won’t store your card details.

You can refund any part-used top-up credit yourself – use Withdrawing Balance in the Balance area in the app. Refunds incur an administration charge of £2.00. Your part-used credit will need to cover the £2.00 admin charged to be able to process the refund.

No refund will be processed for any free credit or coupons. Balance transfer coupons will expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Visit circuit.co.uk for more information.

A dryer didnt work, so I went to the support. The chat kept crashing each time I attempted to go back into the chat, which I left several times because the customer service would take almost 5 minutes to respond, they also asked the same questions several times and then blamed me for the dryer not working. they gave a refund, with a warning that they wouldn't next time. I was hoping to write a review of the service, but they never closed the chat until the app completely crashed again.

I was unexpectedly logged out of the app, and when I tried to sign back in, I ran into a serious usability problem. The verification screen showed an incorrect phone number, but there was no option to edit or correct it — leaving me completely unable to receive the verification code and log back in. This points to a deeper issue: the phone number appears to have been saved incorrectly during the initial signup, with no verification step to confirm it was entered correctly at the time.

who would've thought that they could make an awful product even worse! 3/4 machines aren't being used, but according to the app they are all being used (my location doesn't accept bookings)! the one that is appearing 'available' currently has connection issues. been sitting in the laundry room for nearly 30 minutes hoping that this garbage wakes up and works for once. the old system wasn't perfect, but it worked with great difficulty. This doesn't work at all!!!
