I'm impressed. I was looking for a simple, good-looking no-nonsense app that simply wakes up my devices. I was scared that I was going to find ugly pre-material apps (usually the case with network tools like these), but this app is good! It follows the material guidelines, it's hella easy to use and does the job without annoying ads. Love it!
great for synology + raspberry pi never have to get out of the sofa again. :-) thank u to the developer. what a good looking and functional app, great widget too. 5/5 well done. edit: thanks for explaining why app needs permissions to storage, csv dump is a great idea. edit II: i cant find a donate link in th description...
Works wonderfully! I would give it 5 stars if you could put the comupter back to sleep on command as well. I know there are other apps that do this but it seems they want me to download a file on my PC. Seems risky for spyware. This needs no computer files added the comp to wake it up! Great work!
The application is a beautiful piece of work. Has yet to fail me. But, without the ability to also shutdown the device is a very large downfall for this application. Until that becomes available, I'm not 100% satisfied with this application.
It's really nice, and obviously the developers put a ton of effort into it. In my case, for some reason it made tons on unwanted wake ups, even when I didn't press the wake up button. Had to uninstall it. Sorry. Hope you'll fix it
I love this app, I use it to wake up our computer lab pcs at once. Just wished you could add a select all button so you can wake up all of the computers at once. But great app!
~ Fixes issues with MAC address entry (Please let me know if there are any issues with this!)
+ Adds ability to limit online status checking to a particular WiFi Network!
While creating/editing a device you can choose a WiFi network out of the list of networks that your phone knows about. Once set up Wake On Lan will only check the online status for that device if you phone is on the same network.
~ Fixes a couple of reported crashes.
~ Updated translations
Wake On LAN gives you the ability to start your PC remote via the WOL-Protocol.
