Ratings and reviews

Never had a problem booking before using this app. It is NOT the simplest of apps to use and it's easy to add a room and suddenly you've doubled up your booking. At least you can remove the extra room booked at checkout. HOWEVER, I then came to pay for the reservation. Goody, either GPay or secure payment page. That's where it all fell over. Wouldn't go through GPay just looped from basket to pay to basket to pay ad infinitum. Restarting booking to use secure page just resulted in busy circle.

I've had this all installed for five minutes and already binning it, after checking other reviews on other issues. I already have a booking for somewhere else but before I logged in and tried to import that, I "quickly" wanted to check availability elsewhere for another night and I just can't get the number of adults drop-down to, well, drop down. So I either go on my own or use the website :)

Simple enough app that usually does the job. But if you haven't booked through the app, getting it to find and save a booking you've made simply doesn't work. You can put in your booking number, surname, and the hotel you've booked - all of which are correct - but it just returns a null value result. Needs more work as it would be handy to have all the info in the app rather than on an email.
