I really like how user friendly this app is, and I caught on quickly. It does allow me to list faster, but I think there are still way too many manual fields to fill out. As an example, I have to select my address every time. That should definitely be something that auto populates. I also have way too many items the system won't let me list, and I keep getting errors. I also thought they had 11 marketplaces, and that is one of the reasons I signed up. However, there are only 7 available.

app is okay price wise if it was fully functional all the time. I've been using the app for 3+ years and have consistently found them to be completely unaccessible via their customer chat bubble even when they advertise it's 24/7. the chat bubble doesn't even pop up on the desktop version or app version, so you're forced to click around through their help center before sending them an email.

When the app works, it's fine. However, I cannot currently connect to Depop because the screen refreshes away from the magic link page when I go to my email and Poshmark keeps giving me errors, as well, but not every time. I have to use the computer or iOS app on my iPad, if I want to do anything. Support has been contacted multiple times. Supposedly they are working on the bug for Depop, but Poshmark he said maybe it was a temporary problem, but it's been happening for days now.
