Really disappointed that I finally need to give up on Vendoo because it was great when I signed up 2-3 years ago. The problem is that they fail to fix problems and bugs that drag on for months. I have an Android phone and am unable to edit photos in the app because of a layout problem where the "save" checkmark is blocked and inaccessible. They either can't or won't fix this in 4-5 months. Mercari connection problems are also never fixed. Support responds and offers only excuses and stalls.

Excellent reseller app and customer service. only complaint is the yearly pricing options should be more consistent with monthly packages. It forces customers to either choose less than what we really need (thus incurring extra add on fees throughout the year) or purchase a package that far exceeds what is needed. Seems like manipulative and shady marketing. Sad to say that because I really do love Vendoo's service and team members.

Not user friendly at all especially if you have an android not an iphone, it definitely doesn't function. If you have an android you have to go to a desktop computer to import. Subscription is INCREDIBLY misleading. Getting you to sign up under the premise that you will be able to use all of the different tools that they provide to you w the free service but as soon as you upgrade & start paying, they remove different options & you have to pay an additional fee to use features like import
