Could be so much better if they cared, I've had a subscription for nearly 2 years, and reached out about a bug with the usage between eBay and WhatNot. they pretended for 6 plus months to "look into it" and when I finally called them out on offering a discount if I renewed my membership their excuse is that WhatNot is still in Beta. well it's been in "Beta" since I got the subscription... again nearly 2 years your best instead of fixing it is a little discount if I spend more money with You! NO

Really disappointed that I finally need to give up on Vendoo because it was great when I signed up 2-3 years ago. The problem is that they fail to fix problems and bugs that drag on for months. I have an Android phone and am unable to edit photos in the app because of a layout problem where the "save" checkmark is blocked and inaccessible. They either can't or won't fix this in 4-5 months. Mercari connection problems are also never fixed. Support responds and offers only excuses and stalls.

Excellent reseller app and customer service. only complaint is the yearly pricing options should be more consistent with monthly packages. It forces customers to either choose less than what we really need (thus incurring extra add on fees throughout the year) or purchase a package that far exceeds what is needed. Seems like manipulative and shady marketing. Sad to say that because I really do love Vendoo's service and team members.
