Workout is a structured, progressive home fitness programme designed for people who want to rebuild their strength, posture, and daily energy — without a gym, without equipment, and without an internet connection.

TRAIN ANYWHERE. NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED.
Every exercise in Workout can be performed in a small space with nothing but your bodyweight. No dumbbells. No resistance bands. No gym membership.
The programme starts gently — building proper movement patterns and posture — then progressively increases challenge over 12+ weeks as your body adapts.

SMART PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD — HANDLED AUTOMATICALLY
Workout tracks your performance after every set and calculates your next session's target for you:
Hit your target? Your next session increases by 1 rep (or 5 seconds for holds).
Fall short? Your target holds or adjusts gently downward — never setting you up to fail.
Struggling? The algorithm catches a significant drop and reduces your target safely.
You never need to think about programming. Just show up and train.

GUIDED AUTONOMOUS TIMER
For timed exercises, Workout runs a fully autonomous set timer that counts down each hold with clear visual progress, guides you through every rep, side, and set automatically, delivers haptic and audio cues at the start, between reps, and at completion, and logs your result automatically when the set finishes.
For rep-based exercises, quick-tap logging makes recording your sets effortless.

FULL PROGRESS REPORTING
Weekly summaries — sessions completed, exercises logged, targets hit.
Exercise progression charts — see every exercise trend over 12 weeks.
Streak tracking — consecutive days of training logged.
Weight and BMI history — optional body metrics with trend graphs.

DAILY TRACKER
Log how you feel after each session — energy level, soreness, notes. The daily check-in builds a complete picture of how your body responds to training over time.

PERSONAL PROFILE
Enter your height, weight, and age to unlock BMI tracking. Weight entries are stored locally and plotted over time so you can see body composition changes alongside your strength gains.

YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE
Workout stores everything in a private database on your device. There are no user accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics, no advertising, and no internet connection required — ever.
Works fully offline. No sign-up required. No ads, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases. No data shared with any third party. Delete everything instantly from Settings.

CUSTOMISABLE FEEDBACK
Vibration on/off with three intensity levels (Low, Medium, Strong). Audio cues on/off. Keep screen on during workouts.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Phase 1 — Foundation (Weeks 1–3): Core and posture rebuilding. Dead Bug, Bird Dog, Glute Bridge, Wall Sit, Hip Flexor Stretch, Brisk Walk, Shoulder Rolls, Spinal Twist, Chest Stretch.
Phase 2 — Build (Weeks 4–7): Progressive loading. Incline Push-Up, Bodyweight Squat, Reverse Lunge, Full Plank, Dead Bug with Pause, Superman Hold, and more.
Phase 3 — Strengthen (Weeks 8–12+): Full-body compound movements with increasing rep targets. The programme is designed to keep evolving with you.
