Been using this app fpr a while. Since last update the app is glitchy on Android. It keeps on blinking and in 15 seconds it crashes out.

App glitches all the time so cannot access for relevant information.. please update and fix the Android version as this is extremely frustrating !

Awful experience. I have been trying to apply for a new credit card and the app has not worked at every stage of the process. Sales reps have had to drive to my office to sign up through their device as this one does not work at all. I am using a brand new Galaxy S25. This is shocking. It works so bad I probably won't even end up going with the card and Amex will lose a customer. Embarrassing.
