The Amex MENA app is for Personal and Corporate Cards issued by American Express Middle East. If your Card is not issued by American Express Middle East, then you will not be able to log-in to the Amex MENA app.

Ratings and reviews

Tips to sort the glitches and crashing of this app. User is to uninstall app and reinstall it but ensure to allow notifications and access to phone and calls when you receive the prompt. This solved the issues for me.

as of now, this app is completely unusable, i cannot even login. i installed it on another device and it is the same, it keeps refreshing indefinitely. at some point, i'd need to cancel this card.

Latest update seems to be buggy, login page keeps flickering with the keyboard continuously appearing then disappearing, that I can't type my login name and password
