Awful experience. I have been trying to apply for a new credit card and the app has not worked at every stage of the process. Sales reps have had to drive to my office to sign up through their device as this one does not work at all. I am using a brand new Galaxy S25. This is shocking. It works so bad I probably won't even end up going with the card and Amex will lose a customer. Embarrassing.

now I'm working on a close my ALL local credit cards and local loan and make AMEX my only financial choice 😍🇺🇲🥰

Don't waste your time. I didn't get my reward points after 3 years of being with them and when I asked them to redeem an offer they say it never existed...that offer was the reason I went for the card. They now have stopped responding to my emails. Awful awful service. Go for another company.
