About this app

BAS brings two jobs every shooter cares about into one app: putting your shots on the center of the target, and then measuring how tightly they landed. Work the way a range session actually flows. Start on the Ballistics side to get on center, then move to Scoring to grade the group — the tabs follow that order, left to right.

BALLISTICS — put shots on center

Compute the scope correction to bring your point of impact to the middle of the target, from your own rifle, load, and scope profile. Read crosswind from the bullet's vapor trail, or from a tracer's lag, and fold it into the solution. Pull live conditions from a Kestrel weather meter over Bluetooth, or enter them by hand — temperature, pressure, and humidity all feed the trajectory. Capture the shot from your phone camera, an imported video, or a Wi-Fi scope / action-camera RTSP stream. Get the answer in clicks for your turrets, in MRAD or MOA, for scopes, diopters, and iron sights alike.

SCORING — grade the group

Photograph or import the target face and let BAS find the holes and register the target automatically. Score every shot against the printed rings, with group statistics and the sight correction your group implies. Choose from a library of target faces, or match your competition rules. Keep a session history you can share as a report or CSV.

EQUIPMENT, ONCE Your rifle, ammunition, and scope are described once and shared by both sides of the app — the same profile that solves your trajectory also sizes the scoring gauge. Save profile sets for each rig and switch between them in a tap.
