Awful app! Constant errors, payments fail, and zero support. Total waste of time!!!!!!!

The app is smooth and user-friendly, but a few features feel lacking. When a card is temporarily blocked, it disappears from the app, making it impossible to unblock or manage it within block period—limiting user control. Also, "Manage Limit" is only for debit cards and supports only daily limits. Adding transaction-wise and monthly limits for both debit and credit cards would be helpful. Hope these issues are addressed in future updates.

Terrible. This is the worst banking app I have ever used. Whenever I need to log in, it takes too much time to load the login interface. The login time is also very slow. Transactions are also very slow. It needs to learn from other banking app developers in Oman. For example, Bank Muscat takes only seconds to log in and complete other transactions.
