Awful app. I contacted support for a persistent issue, 3 times they said they fixed it, and 3 times nothing has changed. I tried checking the security code for my digital debit card, and after getting the OTP, it said "this feature is not currently available". How is looking at my own card information not available? mobile transfer cannot be turned on in the app and despite numerous times I contacted the support, through email and phone, it has not been resolved.

infinite loading in login page , I tried to contact the support for multiple times but all there fixes from old ages and they don't create for me a report ticket to fix this significant issue that j had. to be honest I regretted changing my bank account after I experienced this , Noted that for all updates they did for the app until now I suffer the same issue.

1) The app is always stuck on loading and always have to reinstall to proceed. 2) The app does not proceed on logging in, the OTP never comes. When addressed, I was asked to visit the branch. Updated my KYC there, then still the same issue. 3) Reopened another account, the same issue, no otp to my number.
