It's been a month and no update for this.. Could you please check with your application development team and check why the Investor card is not being able to be scanned by the app. The Omani investor card for expats is yellow in colour. When we try to scan it an error shows "Please scan a valid Omani ID" I'm not able to change to a new device due to this error. Kindly help.

It changes the credit card policy suddenly. from Feb 2026, need to spend the 100 USD for every 3 months to access the airport lounge. it seems they sold more credit cards, so they change the policy. it's better to return the credit card. one more information, bank dhofar, MasterCard is still available for airport lounge access. with 1 USD spend

smooth app to work on, user friendly, I am happy customer since 2010 and it's change completely for good and working without any problems since then.. mobile transfer, bank to bank transfer and other services option very easy and simple to use and process further
