Unable to add my booking on the app as can't find my booking - but the booking exists on the website with the same details (possibly because my surname has a space but the app does not allow that). Also, would be more useful if loyalty information was more easily accessible.

It works, unlike the previous app which is still available on Play Store for some reason! With this app I can see trips, updates, explore, buy tickets and what not. Biman is slowly getting better! Hopefully new features will be added.

This app just waste of government money. There's no any additional benefits. it's Similar to website. Flight date cannot be changed online after booking. You must visit nearest sales centre for flight changes. I suggest you to choose another airline, so that you can make any changes online without hassle.
