Technicians will quickly resolve a vehicle battery event by accurately identifying the correct battery fitment, specific installation requirements, and accurate billing for services provided.

Previous version was much better. This new update is absolute garbage. It's weird and ugly and inaccurate, sometimes dysfunctional, constantly kicking users off, having to sign in almost every time. Plus, the lines to fill out the invoice are way too small now with no way to adjust the space in the settings, so I can only see the bottom half of anything I type

been going on for months...I cannot access the roadside tool or safety or general. media, warranty calculator, and prior to 1990 work. it'd be nice to access the roadside tools so I'm not flying blind update. there is no option for that. still an issue

poorly laid out, all car info should be on same screen, all member information should automatically transfer over once call number has been entered. only using it cause I'm forced to. takes longer to complete than paper
