I can no longer access or manage the cards in my app. the whole menu at the bottom of the screen is missing. I have a significant amount of chips and progress saved on my cards and none of our seems to be available to me. very disappointing. I used to be able to manage it and know how my kids used their cards.

The previous version was ok. It worked, just not great. The one that was just released in 6/2020 doesn't work at all. Downloaded. Error. Uninstall. Download. Error. Error. Error. Uninstall. Download. Error. Put the effort of trying to fix this bug into the customer service at the venues. UPDATE - The app works a lot better now. New features and everything work great.

The app is fine for the most part, but it's very difficult to use the tap feature on the games. My brother and I have different models of phones, yet both of us had difficulty getting the readers to register when we held our phones up to them. We had to try three or for times before we got the reader to turn yellow. It didn't seem to matter where we held our phones, either. It was practically a skill game in and of itself to get the games to recognize our "taps".
