About this app

EQ2 application is a mobile interface of the EQ2’s HEMS Automated Equipment Maintenance system that can be used to manage work order requests from anywhere in the hospital, regardless of the platform: iOS (Apple), Android.
This application allows Technician users log into the system and perform below actions for single or multiple hospitals assigned to them:
• Work on to performs PM (Preventive Maintenance) sweep of the department,
• Work on the jobs assigned to them,
• Work on the CM (Corrective Maintenance) work orders assigned to them.

Ratings and reviews

Great app, it does what is expected. Makes life easier for engineers on he field. It needs some improvement but the support team are very helpful and they listen to the suggestion and make their best to deliver what needed.

I have to uninstall and reinstall to get into the app every time. Otherwise, when I try to log in it says page is forbidden. 2 new phones and neither one will let me log in. Also, no way to contact app developer.

Frequently crashes. Very slow and unreliable. Often restarts on it's own.
