The service in itself is great. But while on desktop searching for available car is easy as it shows a timeline graph for their availability, there's no such thing on the app. This forces the user to enter a desired time frame and hope that an available slot will appear, in a mindless trial and error exercise. This is especially grating in Cork, where only a handful of cars are available.

terrible....you can't trust this company. I have had a problem with a car(was working) and I had to take a taxi to go to a new base...and my other booking was cancelled 30 minutes before my trip (this time they didn't give any other car or support) and I missed the place that I had to attend.

updating the review since the customer care were able to resolve the issue after 6 back and forth emails. orig review- the app rejects the application for no reason. their explanation-'application rejected for some reason'... r u kidding me? if you have a license that got renewed less than 2 years ago, the AI automatically rejects your application. reach out to support to have this resolved since the app cannot fix this issue.
