Ratings and reviews

The service in itself is great. But while on desktop searching for available car is easy as it shows a timeline graph for their availability, there's no such thing on the app. This forces the user to enter a desired time frame and hope that an available slot will appear, in a mindless trial and error exercise. This is especially grating in Cork, where only a handful of cars are available.

I scheduled my car for 4 pm, arrived 5 minutes early, and as soon as I got here I received a call saying the car would not arrive on time. This is already unacceptable;there should be a safety margin between one rental and the next. But since I really need the car today, I agreed to wait the 30 minutes they requested. It has now been 35 minutes and the car still hasn’t arrived, and no one has called to give any explanation. This is completely unacceptable.You are providing a very poor experience

I was very sceptical after reading reviews from customers having difficulties with the service in general. But found myself in emergency situation and decided to give it a try. Surprisingly everything went smooth, no problems at all. Verification process was instant. After that I was able to use a cargo van straight away. Highly recommended
