A very clunky user interface. It's hard to review video footage because the slider for seeking through playback is not precise enough. The general flow through the application is too cumbersome to do do anything. I've used lots of DVR viewing software and this is, by far, the worst I have ever used.

This App was recommended BUT older version worked better in terms of recording and reviewing saved recordings, the playback once recordings have been removed from the mobile device was awesome. However, now with the update, we are currently experiencing faulty codec errors when playing file back on mobile device and even worse once the file removed from the mobile device. Either there is no sound, or it is spotty or the video stops playing. Can this be fixed?! If so, the app would be AMAZING.

We had love the older app more, but with a little fooling around the new app is just as great. And whatever problem you face well it's easy to solve simple contact IC Realtime technical support and they will surely sort you out.
