3- Settling mobile phone bills owing to all communications companies in Yemen, regardless whether the payment method is pospaid or prepaid.
4- Paying electricity bills in all Yemeni areas and water bills in most Governorates.
5- Knowing your account balance at any time at any place.
6- In addition to several other services.

nowadays I don't know what is the problem with App.? most of the time not working and after a direct call to the call center service. they said update the app! I updated the app and start to work. couple days later the same problem. I did a call again to the call center and they said we're doing some updates to the App. I start to hate using Alkurimi Jawal. be professional as other global banks outside.

It's disappointing. I was a client of Al-Kuraimi during my time in Yemen. After I traveled, and due to infrequent use, I forgot my password. I contacted customer service to change it, submitted the documents, had a video call interview, and explained that I needed to use it online because I’m abroad. My identity was verified via the video call, and they confirmed that everything was completed. Yet, until today, I’m just wasting my time. Credibility is the most important thing,but it's not exist

Not working anymore.. Really the worst bank in Yemen... Dealing with their high transaction fees but still with that extremely bad service and application is more broken than working
