It's disappointing. I was a client of Al-Kuraimi during my time in Yemen. After I traveled, and due to infrequent use, I forgot my password. I contacted customer service to change it, submitted the documents, had a video call interview, and explained that I needed to use it online because I’m abroad. My identity was verified via the video call, and they confirmed that everything was completed. Yet, until today, I’m just wasting my time. Credibility is the most important thing,but it's not exist

This wallet by is by far the worst digital wallet available in Yemen. The service fees are extremely high compared to other electronic wallets, yet it provides very limited features. Customer service is terrible staff are unhelpful, often rude, and show a complete lack of urgency or concern for users’ issues. Transactions are frequently delayed, and overall, the experience is frustrating and disappointing. I strongly do not recommend this wallet.
