I've seen this before and finally gave it a try. It did get me the readiness flags I needed to get pass an emission test, the CEL can be reset but testing stations will only let you thru the test with at most 2 flags not ready. I have a secondary P code that is only checked at start up so I have a 2-3 mile window after the flags are in range to get pass the test and dont worry abut it for a couple of years.

Got the update, with the command line I can sample anything they list all availables PIDs on the Prefs>Items to sample , so I can get the PID for a parameter and sample on the cmd line e.g. Eng Temp PID is 05 so in the cmd line I insert 01 05 and the get the answer, te full version does all of the translation but it is easy to retrieve the info and google it.

I like it and it conected fast and showed codes fast, just add more improvements to it plis!
