I just started with Mission Fed a few months ago and the bank is fine. However the banking app has to be the sorriest banking app around. About half the time it's unusable, continuously loads without ever being able to even log in and internal errors all the time. It's complete garbage, I can't even check my account balance sometimes. Honestly it's a garbage app and it keeps me from using them more or depositing more into my accounts with them as I'm not sure they are reliable enough.

I've been with Mission Federal for 20+ years now and as a banking service, they're great. However, this rating is for the app, not the bank. For years the app worked great and I never had issues. But lately it's become really unreliable. Half the time I try to log in I get some internal error message. I don't know what they changed but they need to go back to the way the app was before.

This is the most abysmally inconvenient bank I've ever heard of. The app is blocky, slow, and ancient in design. I can't tell if it's made for computer or mobile use because it's so difficult either way. The login page doesn't work 90 percent of the time. It either loads forever or literally locks you out of your account. You have no easy way to manage your finances because online or the app are always both not running smoothly. I've seen porn websites with more coordination and function. Trash.
