Horrible and misleading app! Example: Check in and chose the free seat 7c (ailse) App confirms seat selection and confirms it's saved. Double check your boarding pass: they moved you all the way to the back of the plane, at a cramped window seat (31a). Queueing at the check in counter is your only option, app is utterly USELESS. Update: waiting for my plane 2 hours already, while app shows: status = on schedule. That's false information. Disgusting to see that this airline doesn't care.

It's such a worst version of this freaking application can't do check in online . The members that they called nokfan also can't login for it. The biggest disappointed is no one picked up the called , fb messenger inbox they read the message but nonreply , can't imagine, and also emailed seem like all departments of this airways is passway or got kicked off ? Huh !

not able to buy the tickets because when you want to insert the last name of the second passenger it says "Password Must Contain at least one Number". it's the last name, not password. it has no numbers.. same on the website.
