Ratings and reviews

8 times in this year alone your crew has forgotten at least 1 item in my transaction. You NEED to fix this. Shouldn't be happening in the first place Especially this often. Well over 80 dollars has been wasted because your company can't figure out how to properly fulfill an order in 2026. Tired of letting it go and will be making it well known until its consistent and fixed.

I loved this app and had a 5 star rating. I decided to change my rating to a 1 after today's order because, for some unknown reason, my account was deactivated. I called customer service to complain about missing items on my order, and when I checked my app, it was logged out, and it won't let me log in. I had to use another email address to get compensated for the mistake on the order. I tried logging in with my new account, and it still doesn't let me log in. 😡

App is a joke, first of all not earning rewards automatically for each order in this day and age is such a stupid business model. You have to scan or enter the barcode numbers manually which neither of them work correctly! Huge hassle for pick-up/delivery options. I don't want to harass minimum wage employees for a rewards system that corperate should have revamped already. Food is okay, their tropichillers/desserts is the only thing preventing the 1 star rating.
