very deceptive business practices. constantly trying to sneak add-ons to your purchases without options for you to remove them and charging you extra for those add-ons that you never selected. then after you secure your ticket, it would not allow you to pay for your purchase without using certain bank credit cards.

AVOID! They will not make any changes to bookings, they refused to talk to me and kept my money. Having spent ages on hold and waiting for them to call me back I spoke to the airline who said the change could only be made by the agent who made the booking (this is standard practice, agents need to authorize changes) I told Qunar this and they refused. I kept calling and waiting on hold, so I called on another number only to pickup and then put me on hold again, never to answer my calls again.

Airline tickets show much higher price than any other platform. Reserving train tickets, automatically suggests other stations and even puts them on top without proper warning.
