It used to be one of my favorite banking apps. From yesterday, it doesn't even open. This is causing trouble with my banking. I contacted customer service via the given email. Reply I got was possibly an auto-generated email requesting my account number. But the issue still remains 🙄. I wish customer issues were handled faster, especially when it is about hard earned money.

Keeps logging out everytime. Writing the same password everytime shows error message, I have to change password every single time to log in. Unable to copy paste long passwords and over-the-top security measures. This is hard especially when you're stuck overseas and need to withdraw money, and now you're stuck playing mental gymnastics with the app.

Refined app. Kudos to the team. just one grouse. app displays message as developer options enabled when trying to tx funds using pay to contacts. pl provide option to continue after the warning message and not exit. Also app displays cube ACR as key logger. it's not key logger. pl stop scanning the users phone installed apps. yes security should be priority, but let the users decide. Give them an option.
