It's a nightmare. The processes are absolute blunder and lack common sense. About the app, the app opens up ok with WiFi, but not with mobile data, initially I thought that it's a problem with my mobile network, but all other apps ( including banking apps) work pretty much with the same mobile data. In order to use the bhim upi from the app, the app needs to be connected to the registered mobile network, then it tries to send a message or something from the registered number. Worst experience

Over the top verification. Being an NRI and having used other banking apps, this app is anything but user friendly. Very unpredictable on when the app will need me to renew password, verify sim, etc. - often happens as you're trying to use it to pay for something. Very frustrating.

Unable to Login. I'm using SIB Mirror+ app for the past two years. I'm using Samsung Galaxy M53 5G since 2022 and I'm running officially released OS (Android 16 OneUI 8) from the brand. From the last update, this app shows SIB Mirror+ will not run on Rooted Devices. I didn't root my device. I don't know how this app checking the status of the mobile. Dear SIB software team, Kindly look into it and resolve it ASAP.
