Hi, I have been using SIB Mirror for a long time. Recently, my password expired, and I changed it to a 16-character password. The new password works correctly when I log in through the web browser. However, when I try to log in using the mobile app, it does not allow me to enter all 16 characters—the app only permits up to 15 characters. Due to this limitation, I am unable to log in through the app. Kindly check this issue and resolve it at the earliest. Thank you.

unable to download the mirror plus. shows msg as session expired. please login again. updated my samsung software android version-18. where app details says android 9 is enough to work on any devices. Spoke to bank manager still no updates
