Dear SIB, this app is not working in sultanate of Oman. As a NRI account holder I tried to install this app multiple times. But I can't install it by saying some security reasons in this country. So please sort out these problems ASAP
It solved my major MPIN problem ...I did not have to go to the concerned branch. The app handled everything Transferring funds is quick Just one request : Kindly add a finger print sensor to the app !

This app is awesome. One problem I am facing is that the beneficiaries that i added through other platforms like SIB online banking and SIB M-Pay are not being reflected in the app. I am having to add them again in this app. Please add feature to sync such data among all SIB platforms.
The app is okey but I've faced a bad thing that I used my SIB account for recharging my d2h Vediocon connection. My account shows a debit of amount 100 but the TV didn't recharged yet. I lost my 100 rupees. Can you give me the clarification for this ? I need to recharge my TV or otherwise need my money back.
Always showing "account number or mobile number is invalid" even though I have provided my mobile number with branch. SIB Customer care says my number is already updated with the bank,so contact with my local branch.But the branch staff says it will take time to update my number. Waited more than 1month .. not satisfied at all
