The app isnt working for me. It closes/ goes to the background after the first screen. This is the 3rd time I’m facing this issue in 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, and the app stopped working! Paswrd changing thrgh netbanking didnt work because ATM is mandatory- i had already cancelled ATM due to excessive charges. cannot rely on the app during emergencies. It has been a pathetic experience so far. Note: Clearing cache didnt help! Also my phone has enough storage left.

I have been using this app since it was introduced... For the past One month the App is not getting opened... it is struck on the first screen itself... Since the app is not allowing to take the screen shot not able to share the screenshot... Facing lots of hassels because of this issue... Please look into this matter urgently..

Hi, I have been using SIB Mirror for a long time. Recently, my password expired, and I changed it to a 16-character password. The new password works correctly when I log in through the web browser. However, when I try to log in using the mobile app, it does not allow me to enter all 16 characters—the app only permits up to 15 characters. Due to this limitation, I am unable to log in through the app. Kindly check this issue and resolve it at the earliest. Thank you.
