It's a nightmare. The processes are absolute blunder and lack common sense. About the app, the app opens up ok with WiFi, but not with mobile data, initially I thought that it's a problem with my mobile network, but all other apps ( including banking apps) work pretty much with the same mobile data. In order to use the bhim upi from the app, the app needs to be connected to the registered mobile network, then it tries to send a message or something from the registered number. Worst experience

It used to be one of my favorite banking apps. From yesterday, it doesn't even open. This is causing trouble with my banking. I contacted customer service via the given email. Reply I got was possibly an auto-generated email requesting my account number. But the issue still remains 🙄. I wish customer issues were handled faster, especially when it is about hard earned money.

why do you forcefully collect geo location data? "Sharing location data is strictly voluntary. A banking app cannot permanently lock you out of basic, non-location-dependent functions if you choose to deny the permission." the opposite of this is what you do!
