The trainers are great here, but I do take issue with the 30 day cancellation policy and how expensive they are compared to similar services. I was paying month to month for $90 per hour and when I talked to a customer service rep, they tried to get me switch to $75 per session, but I can find a more affordable option and won't be using Svetness again.

Terrible experience: - It took extremely long for a trainer to be assigned to me and I had to follow up many times for that to happen. - I reported issues with my first trainer, svetness acknowledged my issues but didn't take any actios for ~3 weeks. l had to follow up more to get a new trainer assigned to me. - They don't send a reminder for new payments, there's a 100% chance that you'll be charged one extra month for some reason or the other. - They are extremely overpriced

I signed for in home training. They took weeks to find trainers, I move every 6-9 weeks for business and couldn't keep up so had to switch to virtual, with all the tech issues, I was not happy. I contacted my account rep I didn't want my account renewed. She assured me she understood and took care of turning off auto-renew to find $900 was charged again with "sorry you had to send a written letter 30 days in advance " so can't trust their customer service, I've requested the physical & email.
