Ratings and reviews

It used to be great but now they have limited any transfer of more than 49.999 thb. You cannot even pay rent in Bangkok. Also, you must have a dedicated phone number. They don't accept business phone number.

Very disappointing at first. Rejects the personal information the Thanachart bank has had on file for over a decade. Can't even get started and I need to transfer money. However, it seems this is due to the shambolic merger of the two banks rather than the app itself. After three visits to the bank I got access to my accounts and the app is not bad at all. A plus is it shows the details of the old Thanachart accounts and account interest rates, a minus is the slightly confusing transfer process between accounts. So far the app has been reliable for me.
