Ratings and reviews

Utterly infuriating and completely incompetent. The virtual assistant loops endlessly, ignoring the correct information, and human support is painfully slow, repetitive, and completely useless. Even after hours on chat, a code randomly went to the old number while my number is officially on the account. This is not just frustrating.. it’s a colossal failure of basic service and common sense, making it impossible to access your own account. Avoid this chaos.

Entire service with them was poor. Had the service 2 months, ended up paying somewhere like $3,000 pesos. DO NO RECOMMEND!

The App is full useless notifications !!! The app is constantly sending notifications about promotions about buying stuff, discounts and there is NO WAY TO TURN THAT OFF. I just want notifications about my payment due date, balance, perhaps any issue with my service!!!
