The App is full useless notifications !!! The app is constantly sending notifications about promotions about buying stuff, discounts and there is NO WAY TO TURN THAT OFF. I just want notifications about my payment due date, balance, perhaps any issue with my service!!!

My husband and I both try to use this app to pay our internet bill and get the HTML error. Can't log in, there is no option to even write anything. Just an error with a bunch of HTML tags. We're happy with the internet service but for the love of god and all that is holy, fix your app, it is so broken :(

if you need to raise your blood pressure, use this app! it requires you to have, besides the normal username and password, to scan your face, scan your passport, provide your RFC number, and your curp number. then it won't accept your RFC number, leaving the field gray to continue. if you want to raise your blood pressure even more start over and you'll stop at the same point! some wonder why Amazon has been so successful... it's SIMPLE!
