I am only in the first month of the stretching program and can really feel the difference. My golf swing seems easier but just in general I feel better. I am also just starting the strength program and look forward to this program as well. I strongly recommend this app for golfers or anyone wanting to feel better during their daily activities.

This is the mobility and strength training program I have been searching for. A noticeable improvement in my overall hip and shoulder flexiblity and comfort achieved in a month and half's use. Previously I have tried various yoga, physiotherapy and massage therapies without the same results from DG. Highly recommend you give DG or any of the other variants a go.

on two separate devices, a phone and a tablet, the app will run once after being installed. After that it needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled before it will run again. from what I can tell from the limited usage I have managed to have the content is OK (maybe) but the app is like that which is brown, fragrant and helps roses grow
