So far, so good. From athlete perspective, exercises are very well guided and so far are very helpful. The app works well as well. It casts videos on others devices, so I can enjoy it on the big screen as well. Well done! One more question. I finished whole program. All workouts are marked as Completed. How do I mark them as Not Completed to start over? Thanks

Sometimes, it does point out the next training. As example, I'm in the 3rd month of mobility. If I select mobility, it sometimes go to the next training, other time I need to scroll all my way down to find the next one. I will get back to 5 fives when this will be improved.

This site has it all. As a triathlete I find the injury prevention section incredibly useful. I did injure myself from my last training and race session that I am working on mending myself. Many of the issues I had that led to my injury are addressed in this section. As I work back into my training, they have many programs geared towards mobility, strength training, foam rolling and muscle tension release. I am really just scratching the surface here with what they offer. Totally worth it.
