This is the worst app I have used in years. Though after 3 years of pain, they were able to slightly improve the most confusing UX for top ups, the whole app still fails to load pages. It's clear that there probably was a bad architectural decision which drags on now, since it's expensive to refactor. If y'all at Vodafone really care about people's experience, bite the bullet and refactor.

This app used to be simple and easy to use over its many iterations it is now become bulky and clumsy. Previously you used to be able to see how much data had rolled over from the previous month now you can no longer see this. Also having to log in almost every time I use the app because of some update or something is becoming such a pain. Broken links to external web pages that launch from the app are awful. Please do better Vodafone.

Can't login into the app. I receive the verification code 6 minutes after the expiry. Then I enter the code and it says "Something Went Wrong. Please close your browser tab and try again". Which doesn't make any sense. Vodafone is the only app that doesn't send a verification code immediately. But instead, sends after a long time when it's already expired.
