After each meditation, you can delve deeper by asking questions like, “Which part helped me relax the most?” You’ll receive conversational answers based on the AI’s understanding of your relaxation levels at each step, helping you discover, revisit, and explore more deeply the parts that resonate most.

Personalized Meditations learns and adapts to guide you deeper into relaxation, coherence, and positive experiences. If a significant shift in your state is detected during a session the meditation will adjust, giving you space to settle more fully into your experience or make a gentle shift.

New features will be added monthly—free to all Personalized Meditations subscribers—so your practice can continue to evolve as you do.
