The app itself was great, I could even read my surgeon's notes after having my gallbladder out. Easy to use...then suddenly since two weeks ago it's been saying that it's unable to log me in. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and when I clicked on "forgot username" the screen just got stuck blank.

For one thing, I am NOT a cutomer, I'm a patient!! Fix that ASAP!!!! And if you're going to offer the ability to link accounts, they actually need to link! I've lost count of the number of times when I've gotten a notice saying that my accounts can't be currently linked. Then what's the point in offering that to patients?? I really don't think you understand how annoying it is to hear "customer representative " when I'm on hold... again, I'm a patient, NOT a customer!!!
