About this app

Catch slouching while you work, study, or spend long hours at your desk.

Posture Reminder uses your phone’s camera to monitor your face and shoulders in real time. When your posture stays off for a set period, the app alerts you with a sound and a full-screen color change.

No wearable or extra sensor is needed. Camera frames are processed on your device and are never saved or uploaded.

KEY FEATURES

• Real-time slouch monitoring
• Adjustable warning sensitivity
• Custom alert volume, delay, and repeat interval
• Color-only mode that hides the camera preview
• Daily monitoring time and posture records
• Session history and usage calendar
• Portrait and landscape support
• Dark mode

HOW IT WORKS

1. Place your phone diagonally in front of you.
2. Sit upright and record your reference posture.
