Ratings and reviews

The app is good, unless you look at a lot of firearms. Anytime I click to a link to a firearm at academy in my browser, the app automatically opens, loads for a second, tells me I can't see firearms in the app, and then redirects me back to the browser (where I already was in the first place). It got pretty annoying and eventually I just uninstalled the app.

too many app issues where the app hangs up when trying to get into the cart or get out of the cart or get off a product page. Not snappy either like Amazon. However, payment methods, shipping/pick-up and other options are intuitive. Must improve app responsiveness...more GUI and View Controller code needs to be local to the app and product options need to be selectable before images and other options are downloaded. I am using a 1G/1G connection with a 30ms ping time and this should be fast!

trying to shop on line. Because there is not a store in my area over 250 miles away it does not even allow me to shop on line. So a complete loss. Walmart and Amazon easy to use. I was hoping that Academy had an app I could.locate items and order for shipping. But a complete loss with this app. America made products are hard to find.
